I had the engine starter on my 2019 X5 replaced as part of a warranty program issue. The service rep Stephen C. was very good. He was at the door when I brought my vehicle into the shop. He was appropriately friendly, made me feel comfortable and was clear about the next steps for the replacement & the expected length of time necessary. He was refreshingly professional and honest.

I bought my car there and bought their warranty but 2 days later had problems with the car and was told to "call a Lincoln dealership and take it there". The worst after I spent my money there to be told 2 days later nah we're not going to help you take it somewhere else. Highly disappointed in BMW, they are the wish version of luxury!!!
