This was my first time visiting this dealership for maintenance; the service was excellent and the efficiency was impressive—it felt just like being back at a BMW dealership in China.

From the time I arrived to the moment I left I was treated by the employees with the utmost care and kindness. I arrived at the wrong service area and a very kind young man, Landon, offered to drive me to the correct location. There I met with Virginia who took care of everything I needed for me, even showing me how some of the features in my car work after the service was completed. I felt seen and heard.

Virginia @ Baron is literally the best advisor. She’s thorough and takes as much time as needed to look over and explain everything. If you have a particular question, she finds the answer. I suggest going in person to ask any questions tho. They don’t answer the phone and you’ll be on hold for almost an hour. Although, their parts dept does answer the phone and will follow thru. 10/10

Baron BMW is Top tier. You drive in someone is waiting for you, greetings instantly. They take your keys, you go thru some doors were everyone greets you. Lobby area wonderful snacks, soda, water and specialty coffees. You can purchase memorable for your BMW. In the gift shop. Atmosphere in general is beautiful , clean, SMELLS AMAZING. OMG

I way beyond impressed with the level of service I experienced here! The communication was excellent, they got my repair done so quickly, and even offered me a ride and/or loaner car if I needed it! I need more businesses like this in my life!

I’ve noticed after several visits that the service department runs very smoothly. as soon as you pull into the garage you’re always promptly and politely greeted by a service team member who asks why you’re there and offers help.

Matthew Cannon was my service advisor. He was helpful and pleasant. I had a coupon for an oil change. I have had so much trouble at Take 5 oil change, that I felt I needed to go to the dealer to ensure it was done correctly. Actually my husband didn’t give me a choice after what I just experienced.

Very easy to work with. My advisor was so helpful and such a pleasure He helped sync my phone and showed me how to find things I was unaware of. He took his time and was truly a gentleman.

I went to baron bmw thinking I had made an appointment at 10 but I made it for the south bmw. Luckily they were able to take me. Cooper Bratcher was my advisor and he was excellent. From the start to the end he kept me informed how long it should take when they car to start working on it and when it was done. Told me there were no problems and nothing else needed to be done. He did his job over and beyond. I rate him a 10 and hope when I go for service I get him again.
On 03/16/2026, was able to walk in, to view a vehicle and spoke with Joshua about purchasing it. Made the process easy and was able to have a conversation about the details of the vehicle and going over the financing details. Overall, I would say my experience with Baron BMW was great and happy with their customer service and hospitality.

I’m so glad to have Clinton Wong as my service advisor today. Clinton was very courteous and knowledgeable about BMW cars and auto repairs in general. He was able to fully explain what was done and what was recommended for my car in detail, and kept me updated throughout the process. Clinton Wong was my service advisor. He went above and beyond to get some issues taken care of that Corporate BMW would not address, so he stepped up and went to bat for me and got it all done. He was great to work with. Zach also did great during the week of work.
Thank you Clinton for the excellent service! I came in for a check on the brake light, oil change, and scheduled maintenance check for my BMW X2. I had planned to stay at the shop until the service was completed, so my BMW was quickly evaluated, Clinton consulted me on quotes and next steps, then started the service. I was out at the time they estimated and was able to get some work done comfortably in the desk top room (fast wifi too!) Thanks for a great experience.
Great service! This was my first service and was complimentary. I went in and they asked me if i wanted a wash. I told them yes and what i did not anticipate them cleaning the interior as well. It had been a minute since i had cleaned the interior and i was pleasantly surprised and noticed it when i got in. Great service! Will definitely visit again!
